flip is a utility for converting text files between the most common storage formats, namely LF terminated records, (used by UNIX), and CR LF terminated records, (used by OS/2, and systems infected with the dreaded MS-DOS virus). Written by Rahul Dhesi, and posted to the USENET newsgroup comp.sources.misc.
