GNU enscript is a drop-in replacement for Adobe's enscript ASCII to PostScript translation program. GNU enscript converts ASCII files to PostScript, and then stores the generated output to a file or sends it directly to the printer. GNU enscript can be configured for other output media types and/or for customized printouts."
