AnotherLevel is a custom configuration of the fvwm2 window manager. AnotherLevel is based on TheNextLevel, a desktop configuration which won the 1996 Red Hat Desktop Contest, and is designed to be easily configured by the user. Most attributes may be redefined by copying the file /etc/X11/AnotherLevel/fvwm2rc.defines to a user's home directory, renaming it to .fvwm2rc.defines and modifying the copied file as necessary.

Install AnotherLevel if you've used the AnotherLevel window manager before and you liked it, or if you haven't decided which X window manager to use, or if you want to keep your window management options open.
