The input files are in a high level object-oriented-ish language with a
syntax vaguely similar to C.
Inform games are absolutely portable: the same story file behaves identically
on any machine which can interpret it, which is to say almost any machine on
Earth. Moreover, Inform's story files are compatible with Infocom's of the
1980s.
This includes the main manual in info format.
