apt-spy

writes a sources.list file based on bandwidth tests

/Main/Debian/ia64/admin/

Parses a list of mirrors and tests each of the mirrors for bandwidth. Writes to /etc/apt/sources.list.d/apt-spy.list based on the responses it gets.
